Different states have different definitions of a ';fire arm';. Our state, Indiana, says that to qualify under this terminology the weapon has to disperse a projectile from a powder or equivalent ';charge';. Ck with your state law and look up the definition of a fire arm !
no convected felon can own a gun, use a gun, go to target ranges and shoot guns.
