How to buy black powder???????????

I found a place that sells black powder. All i want is 1 pound or so. Do you know if i need a license to buy this much of black powder. AND do you think they will sell it to me? I am 18 years old for the record. How to buy black powder???????????
No license and yes at 18 you can buy black powder. There are rules on storage for large quantities but under 10(maybe 20?) pounds you can just store it in the factory container. How to buy black powder???????????
there shouldn't be a problem. blackpowder in its ready form will incur a haz-mat shipping fee when ordering online.

if you run into problems you can always do it the old way- purchase each of its separate components without a hazmat fee or ID check and mix it at home to your choice of blackpowder (they're like 100 different mixes)

where I live there is no license to buy BP or GP, there is a federal law that limits the possession of BP up to 50 lbs.
At age 18, the procedure is the same as buying anything else. You go to the store, give them money, and they give you the powder. It helps if you know which granulation you're wanting. It wouldn't do to get FFFg if you need FFg.
black power is mostly sold in 1 pound cans of different grain sizes. 1f, 2f, 3f, 4f. to fit your usage .no license needed . but check your state laws!! i hope its used only in appropriate firearms.
you can buy black powder but in the future you will have heart problems if you take black powder
They sell it by the pound.

(It's not a real good idea to store more than

that in any one place anyway.)

If you're 18 there should be no problem.
as far as I know you can buy it
