It's a replica. When no one in the U.S. were making new black powder pistols, some companies in Italy and Spain started making them. It could be from anytime around 1960's to 1990's or later. Depending on condition it could be worth as much as $150 to the right person, but probably much, much less.
On the used market these Italian guns are selling at $100 and up. It depends on a few small factors.
