Best temperature in farenheit to preserve black powder in the can and.....?

I bought 1 lb. of black powder in Pennsylvania and 15 foot of cannon fuse. What is the best temp to store both of these together. I know they need to be stored dry, as dry as can be. thank you, john in IowaBest temperature in farenheit to preserve black powder in the can and.....?
Keep it above the freezing point but as cool as possible. Not in a refrigerator though. Room temperature is fine, just pick a cool room, as dry as possible and out of sunlight which can heat the can and fuse.

You could just put the can and fuse inside a large bag or box and surround the can with charcoal briquettes. It will keep the can and fuse shaded and dry. Make sure you do not twist the fuse tightly and put in crimps, coil it softly.
