Why do jars of black powder warn you that it's flamable?

It reads ';Warning! flamable!'; and ';Warning! Explosive!';

Isn't that kind of obvious, or are some people really that dumb?Why do jars of black powder warn you that it's flamable?
Yes!!! People really are THAT dumb!Why do jars of black powder warn you that it's flamable?
Lmao! Yeah, thats true.

thnx ^.^ Report Abuse

people are that stuipd

';Warning, bag will be hot';

';Use oven mits when removing pizza from the [the freakin 400*F] oven';

';Automatic shower cleaner is not a body wash';

Obviously they are that dumb
Black powder is a ';low explosive'; and BOTH labels are required by the ATF.

I know, it's kinda like posting signs along a sidewalk saying, ';WARNING: Do not walk in front of fast moving trucks as you most likely become a road pizza!'; LOL!
Some powders burn slowly and are not explosive per se. I guess they need to differenciate.
YES! some people are that dumb.
';do not use product in bathtub'; on hairdryer. True!!

All mystery powder must have warning labels or someone will try to eat it as a dare....
well, some people are actually that dumb....

its a liability thing, and i can't think of that one law that requires them to do it, but there required by law.
same reason we have to warn people plastic bags can suffocate u,,this keeps law suits down so stupid people dont get any money and become rich and powerful.

--and as soon as George Bush learns to read it may greatly help him.=(
