i wouldn't stack the two personally... When looking at the label on the MRI Black Powder it indicates:
Primary Active Ingredients:*
Arginine Alpha-Ketoglutarate Beta Alanine
Creatine Anhydrous Green Tea Extract
Creatine Ethyl Ester Caffeine
I see creatine listed in the primary active ingredients. The actual amount of creatine monohydrate taken in a single day should never exceed more than ten-times your normal daily turnover of creatine.
-- I am not sure if the creatine ethyl ester and anhydrous have different recommendations, but I would research that before jumping the gun...
Creatine turnover is a function of total muscle mass and for an average sized male is roughly 2 grams per day. Therefore, an average sized male (70 kilograms / 154 pounds) should never take more than 20 grams per day!
--- So you might wanna check and make sure you are falling within the adequate range of creatine uptake %26amp; turnover rate before increasing your dosage.Should I stack Creatine and MRI Black Powder?
I would not suggest it. Give those muscles some time to relax. You must remember that one of the major determining factors in muscle growth is rest.
Take one or the other, but try to avoid both. It could be detrimental and a waste of money.
